3,3,13 HAYWARD — Police were investigating an officer involved shooting Sunday morning, the third time Bay Area police opened fire on suspects this weekend. OAKLAND, Calif. — A six-year-old San Ramon boy was reunited in Oakland Friday with a small group of blood donors who helped keep the boy alive for six years.
