The tentative agenda for the day is subject to change based on developments with the bill and campaign (especially the parts from noon and later):
September 7th Agenda:
7 am – Southern California buses & other early travelers arrive in Sacramento at Governor’s mansion
7:30 am – morning vigil outside of Governor’s mansion:
1526 H St, Sacramento, CA 95814
8:30 – 9:30 am – light breakfast, morning registration, and other arrivals at capitol: 1315 10th St, Sacramento
9:30 am – morning rally for California Values Act
10 am – March and rally at Sheriffs Association building: 1231 I St #200, Sacramento, CA 95814
(note: if floor vote happens on this day, leg visits will be in the morning after rally, led by small group. Details TBA)
~11:30 – Delivery of petitions at Governor’s office
12:30 pm – lunch
~1 pm – head inside capitol for assembly floor vote (if scheduled on that day), or head to legislative visits if no floor vote
3:30 pm – wrap up and head back to own communities.
