Luisella Preciado is a human rights defender and attorney with the FrayBa Human Rights Center in Chiapas, Mexico. There, Ms. Precido accompanies indigenous peoples fighting for their rights as autonomous, self-determining communities.

She will speak on on-going Indigenous peoples’ struggles for autonomy and rights in Chiapas and other parts of Mexico.
