His trial resumes tomorrow morning at 9:30 at Wiley courthouse, department 110. It’s expected to be the last day of the trial, so let’s flood the courtroom in solidarity…
The District Attorney is currently prosecuting via a jury trial someone who was arrested by undercovers on December 10, 2014 after a protest. They are charging him with, among other things, resisting arrest. These undercovers pulled a gun on the crowd as they made the arrest.
