There are some cool events happening this Friday before, during, and after the General Assembly. Rebel-rouser David Roviks is performing at 5pm. Tristan Anderson, International Solidarity activist who suffered a brain injury from the Israeli Military when a projectile hit him in the head, will be giving a speech to address the GA at 6pm. Eric Drooker, Radical Artist and Activist will be presenting a slideshow immediately following the GA.   6442

Business groups dominated by representatives from large corporations lobbied for the crackdown on Occupy Oakland. Demand that Barbara Lee order ICE to lift the immigration ban on Pancho! Francisco “Pancho” Ramos-Stierle was arrested while meditating at the Oscar Grant Plaza during the second early morning raid on the Occupy Oakland encampment on November 14th. He is currently being held by the Oakland Police Department on $10,000 bail and they plan to turn him over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for immediate deportation.
