Beginning immediately, given the understanding that a group making a proposal cannot discuss it with the whole of the occupational population before presenting, each proposal shall be treated as a living document. Enabling the initiators to accept and apply amendments and adjustments during the discussion will make it possible to develop a proposal into a document approveable by the vast majority of occupants. We propose Occupy Oakland endorse and support the Occupy Our Homes movement and the successful continuing occupation of the 10th Street Home at 10th & Mandela. December 6th National Day of Action mobilized thousands of people from the Occupy movement and local communities all around the country to stand up to Wall Street banks.
