“We as the Occupy Oakland Tribune Working Group as the GA for approval

on Printing Costs. To print the Occupy Oakland Tribune in time for the West Coast Port
Shutdown, we ask the GA approve an expenditure of $300.00 in the name of 1984 Printing (a
female owned alternative printing local business). Please vote yes to approve this expenditure.
Currently we have collect $16,735.52 according to the wepay online donations. Thank you.”

    Why do we need printers when we have the internet? Paper products are unsustainable and cost more than not using them would. In less than two weeks the event will be history anyway.
