Under the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 26: Internal Revenue § 1.103-2   Dividends from shares and stock of Federal agencies or instrumentalities.

 

‘. . . the Federal Reserve Act of December 23, 1913 (12 U.S.C. 531),

 provides that Federal reserve banks, including the capital stock and

surplus therein and the income derived therefrom, shall be exempt

from taxation, except taxes upon real estate.’

For nearly 100 years our currency has been controlled and manipulated by a PRIVATE CORPORATION called the Federal Reserve. Interest and interest-on-interest has been – and will be – paid ad infinitum to this PRIVATE CORPORATION.
