PAN Communique #1

Commencement of an Insurrection

This is a communique from the People’s Anarchist Network.  We are embedded in the unconscious psyche of Western civilization, and we are in the streets, though not always embedded there.  We like the wilderness too.  We are anonymous cells of friends working for the revolution, in diverse ways.  We are hackers, we are treespikers, we’re parents artists and lovers and comrades.  We are anonymous.  Like psilocybe mycelia we grow underground, unseen, in shit.

We’re working with PAN as an umbrella network of shady contacts, serious work, and manic creativity.  We exist as a we because we all agree that there needs to be a revolution, or perhaps an evolution.  Human impact on the biosphere has become intolerable, as has the monkeyhouse politics of domination and exploitation of literate history, the nightmare Joyce awoke from.  Because of recent expansion of both the technosphere and human consciousness, we sometimes believe that the historical moment is ripe for a sabotage of Western civilization and an organic growing of its replacement.  So we create.

The Occupy movement is wonderful in its yang expressiveness and ballsy tactics.  But.  You know what you’re against; do you know what you support?  We’re thankful that the movement is decentralized enough for a diversity of perspectives, now lets introspect, kick ideas around, look for theoretical constructs that empower the people to carry out their will.  Options for total liberation.  Read Hakim Bey for goodness sake.  A PAN cell, or more likely several of them, will have websites with forums and resources up soon; but we wanted to, like history, begin with the printed word.  And like history we hope to evolve, maybe even into something fun.  The person who gave you this communique is one of us, but please don’t harass her or him unless they seem to like it, they probably just found out they were part of a network, and anarchists are often very private people.

So to state some of PAN’s demands for global capitalism and government:

1)  Die.  Assisted suicide optional.

2)  Do not interfere with the new civilization being born.  Or we will fuck you up.  Anonymously.

3)  We want your science, and we want to be liberated from the demands that your technological horror of an economic system makes on the human organism.  These two are linked: from now on we’ll use technology to do our will, rather than using it to enslave each other and letting technology dictate our way of life.  And we will kill every last nuclear weapon on this earth, God(ess)(s’)(?) willing.

4)  We hereby resign from any obligation that was not freely chosen by the sovereign nation that each individual is.  This means citizenship in a country, role expectations in social contexts, custom and taboo.  All of it.  We resign from and abdicate Law, Status, and Dogma.  We are kings and queens upon the earth, and we are stars traveling on our paths.  We are no longer slaves.

5)  We want to encounter Others.  This could mean Grey aliens, artificial intelligence, talking to dolphins, or many other things.  But damn it, its time for an articulate non-human perspective on things.  This is an example of the science we want.  John Lilly did some pioneering research in this field, while Frank Herbert, Robert Heinlein, Orson Scott Card and others have explored it beautifully through the medium of science fiction.

6)  We want to solve the problems of hunger, exploitation, ecocide, etc ourselves as a people, through voluntary association, organizations (but beware the political tendency), cells, and tapestries of of free humans rather than governments.  We demand that governments stay the hell out of our way, to neither help nor hinder.  We intend the creation of an Anarchist State, a paradox to be explored in future communiques.

7)  Space Migration and Terraforming.  Its getting crowded up in here, and if we go to the stars our species will become immortal.  We might finally be able to communicate with Others, although I think them as likely to be encountered in inner space as outer.   And most important: Terraforming.  We are the sperm and egg cells of Gaia, the Earth meta-organism.  To fulfill ourselves as a species it is our will to spread earth life to barren planets and other non-terresrial environments.

And thats just the beginning, we have plenty of fun demands that we intend to make happen.  Magick is a political tool, among other things.  If you want to join the revolution remain silent at first, except to those you’ve known for years and have reason to trust completely.  Form cells.  Be smart about it.  Carry out actions, whatever that means.  Create art with us.  Communicate anonymously online- if you dont know how a hacker will teach you- we have to be more intelligent and more imaginative than the corporate state with all its whores and minions.  Ride the underground railroad if you’re assaulted by Law or other forms of Statist repression- you have an unscene number of people conspiring for your benefit.  Respect that every man and every woman is a star, a sovereign nation born to do his and her will upon the earth.  The road goes on forever and the party never ends, and the revolution is finally here.  Lets do it well, lets laugh and love each other and fulfill our humanity to the highest potential.  Aumn.  Io Eris!
