good article, but I think if you polled different Occupy groups you would find some variance on the priority of goals. Citizens United/corporate personhood is a big thing that a lot of people do talk about, and also Glass-Steagall, but I haven’t heard so much about his #3 out here in Oakland. In Oakland I would say we are more concerned about police brutality itself. Because we have seen a lot of brutality from the police here for a long time. And if you asked the people at Occupy UC Davis (I just visited them myself a couple days ago) they would probably tell you that they want to be able to get a college education without signing themselves into decades of debt and interest. If we can get government working for the people again though, I think that a lot of the problems would work themselves out in pretty short order.
