Quick answer: the 20k OWS is for (I believe) medical & legal only; it was stored temporarily in an already existing Wells Fargo Acc’t for quick access to use for bail, & will soon (already has?) be transferred to a new credit union trust acc’t.
Long Haul is a non-profit that’s been around a long time & is accepting donations on behalf of OO; money donated that way cannot be used for bail, because of the nature of Long Haul. That’s another temporary measure.
I believe the Finance committee is also working on accounting for the cash donations taken up for various causes at various GAs, but that’s a question to ask them!
