 FilmWorks United International Working Class Film & Video Festival Wisconsin Rising (60 min) (2014) by Sam Mayfield This film documents the days, weeks and months when Wisconsinites fought back against power, authority and injustice. They were fighting back against newly elected Republican Governor Scott Walker’s action stripping collective bargaining rights from public employees. This fight took place in the same period as the Arab spring, and workers in both struggles saw their common fight. Discussion to follow. 59098
