On Friday, we’ll turn in our signatures to the Oakland City Clerk’s office. We will be holding a press conference beforehand on the City Hall steps and we’d like you to be there. When our signatures are validated, we will be the first community-run campaign to qualify a ballot initiative in Oakland in five years. That’s quite an accomplishment.
