Eric Clanton’s next pre-trial court appearance is at Rene C. Davidson courthouse (the one by the lake) at 9am in Department 11. Eric was the target of a harassment and smear campaign led by neo-nazis last Spring which resulted in police raiding  two bay area homes. Four felony charges were brought based on the accusations circulating on 4chan, and other parts of the right wing net.
