Citizens’ Climate Lobby was created in 2007 as a volunteer-driven organization to focus on one climate solution: enacting a way to price carbon, the “carbon fee and dividend.” Marti Roach, CCL Contra Costa Chapter leader, will provide details on the carbon fee and dividend policy, how it is predicted to work, and the role this solution plays in the transition to a clean energy economy.
