Barbara Lee and Elihu Harris Lecture Series presents BOB MOSES President and Founder, The Algebra Project Bob Moses served as Director of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee’s (SNCC) Mississippi Voter Registration Project from 1961-1964, and was a lead organizer for the “Mississippi Freedom Summer.” Moses’ civil rights work in the 1960s culminated in the national response to protect a fundamental right: the right to vote.
