On Friday, November 28, 2014, James was attacked and arrested by SFPD while live streaming the San Francisco Black Friday protests.He is being charged with felony battery on a peace officer with injury, felony threatening of an executive officer, and misdemeanor battery on a peace officer and emergency personnel, and is currently free on a $75,000 bail.Please show up and let’s pack the courtroom to show your support.
