The Levin-Richmond Terminal has joined developers, several local building trades unions, and the Richmond police union in trying to buy seats on the Richmond City Council. Levin has donated $25,000 to candidates opposing the Richmond Progressive Alliance candidates endorsed by No Coal in Richmond partners Asian Pacific Environmental Network, Communities for A Better Environment, Sierra Club, and Sunflower Alliance.
