Mile-long coal trains of 100 open railcars run through Richmond’s residential neighborhoods and are unloaded at the Levin-Richmond Terminal, only a few blocks from homes, schools, and workplaces. As we transition to a fossil-free future, the coal industry is maintaining its profits by increasing exports.
