 This event information comes from the California Coalition for Women’s Prisoners: Join CCWP for the Drop LWOP Town Hall In the past six months six women have had their Life Without Parole (LWOP) sentences commuted by the Governor. At the end of January 2018 two of these women were found suitable for parole and will soon be free.
