The Alameda County Sheriff’s Office has a long history of working with ICE – they federal agency responsible for enforcing immigration laws. They have notified ICE about arrests of undocumented people. 
 People have been picked up and then caught up by ICE even if the charges have been dropped. They also sponsor Urban Shield, a yearly gun fair for police departments, which trains police in terror tactics against urban populations.
