Indybay Reporter Arrested for Making Photos of John Crawford Stickers at Oakland Walmart   David Id of IndyBay was detained (twice), handcuffed, searched & charged with California PC602.1, misdemeanor interfering w/ a business, for making photographs of stickers that had been placed on product packaging inside Walmart during the #BlackLivesMatter protests. BAAQMD meeting to oppose crude-by-rail in Richmond The Air Board staff has refused to rescind the permit of the Kinder Morgan crude-by-rail operations in Richmond. It has flatly denied appeals by the City of Richmond and numerous community groups, asking that this process be conducted through an open CEQA process, not through a closed-door ministerial action.
