 Federal Judge Alsup will hear the case of United States Post Office v City of Berkeley wherein the Postal Service is suing Berkeley for passing a Zoning Ordinance for its historic district (which includes the Post Office) which prevents commercial uses of the properties therein. “If you are able, please be there.
