The City Attorney of San Francisco has requested a Summary Judgement in the Case of Nieto Family vs San Francisco City and County for the unlawful death of their son Alex Nieto. This means that the City has asked the Court to dismiss the case because they think there is not enough evidence for the Family to win. (This is apparently a typical move.)
