Ann Fagan Ginger, founder of MCLI, took action and wrote an open letter to the Berkeley Peace and Justice Commission asking them to join with us to demand that the City of Berkeley end its harassment of people who are unsheltered and allow sanctioned encampments so that landless people can be treated with dignity.
