Judge Alsup will hear arguments for and against the Postal Service’s motion to award them victory in the case without a trial. Berkeley has rezoned the Civic Center District, including the Post Office property at Allston & Milvia, to not allow most commercial activities.  The Postal Service claims this was unconstitutional.
