The Coastal Commission is meeting on Friday, November 15 in San Francisco to discuss the violations and unpermitted work by a Texas oil company, Sable Offshore Corp., which is charging ahead with dangerous plans to restart an old, corroded oil pipeline that ruptured off the Santa Barbara coast in 2015.
