After a long train of abuses we the 99ers are to provide a New Guard for our future security. Performing this duty has become simplified by 99ers in other nations doing all the work of refining and testing over a 200 year period. So briefly lets see if I can convey this system well enough for you to get it.
Natives of Nov. have what it takes to stay in a protracted battle against a foe who dictates the economy and health of the planet to the 99ers. They unanimously deny climate change and tell all to go back to sleep so they may continue to siphon off our energy. Many will do just that but Scorpio cannot stand to fool themselves, always endeavoring to get to the bottom of things. They are natures gift to us, as they keep us informed so as to keep our planet balanced. Climate scientists, Investigators, Archeologists who unearth hidden information.
Presently there are no leaders or demands as the 99ers organize. When they do a scenario of The Matrix will come to pass and New Guards or Hovercraft Captains will be commissioned by the 99ers. So lets begin this training now so we will be ready when called upon.
It sounds strange being conditioned in this culture but not for most republics who already have done this, not to mention two of our 50 states. In all these places the 99ers have commissioned the New Guard from our Declaration of Independence as Citizen Protectors. These plenipotentiaries hack into our four estates along with all administrations and agencies to look for corruption or waste. Their duty is to fix everything broken in their state or nation. After a long train of abuses we are all given this duty by our founders to provide New Guards for our future security. We will be one of the last republics to become a signatory nation of this New Guard system.
When governments are responsible for reducing the governed and allow agents to abuse, tear gas or kill citizens then the 99ers commission these guards to investigate and indict those responsible. They have played us for 30years and never bothered to inform us, as first order of business was to erase all investigators from existence. Woodward & Bernstein, Edward R Murrow were the last of their kind. To fix this nation they have to be brought back.
We Love America. We’re Here to Fix It I see OWS as a patriotic movement, based on a deep and abiding love of country — a patriotism that it is not just about the self-interests of individuals, but about what the country is and is to be. Do Americans care about other citizens, or mainly just about themselves? That’s what love of America is about. I therefore think it is important to be positive, to be clear about loving America, seeing it in need of fixing, and not just being willing to fix it, but being willing to take to the streets to fix it. A solution to the 1% slow motion nightmare had its beginnings thousands of years ago. In 1713 a guard was employed to watch the Sheriff who abused the subjects of the King whenever he traveled. Edward R Murrow left us and abuses have been mounting ever since.
In choosing a solution to our mess it must be one we all can agree on. One that has addressed all the concerns of the 99ers as long as there have been 99ers throughout the civilized world. OWS needs to get behind one solution everyone can get behind known as a nemine dissentiente or without a dissenting vote. This can be easily achieved as there are no detractors to this system. The only difficulty is in conveying this system properly as there is volumes to convey and we have to keep it brief here. Canada broadcast a TV series which brought these Patrons into every province. Our media has been usurped. We the 99ers no longer own our fourth estate, it has been handed over to the 1% which explains why nobody has heard of this nation fixing mechanism. They want it broken with mandates to the federal reserve to keep employment down for the acceptance of lower wages.
One that can easily be implemented with a world backing leaving no trouble or backtalk from the 1%. ( they are ready to fight any other solution we come up with)
One that our Patrons have been calling for.
One that is explained with rules and mandates in books in our libraries.
One that is defined in all our dictionaries from 1960 on as public or 99er commissioned officials who with their armada of captains set out on a humanitarian mission to investigate corruption and abuse throughout government agencies. Governments understand this need and welcome it as politically they cannot indict themselves, or remove corrupted ones from office. Knowing this system as they do they know they have nothing to fear. Our intention is not to make our government afraid so the sooner we agree on our mandate the better.
One that is already acceptable to governments without our employees fearing what it is we employers may be machinating as they know this system from an introduced bill, along with an association pestering congress to pass this funding bill. Neither does the 1% fear this solution, they just go away understanding their defeat as they did with their tea baggers.
One where we can easily get a funding bill passed to put Investigators back to work. (The 1% erased all Investigators from existence as a first order of business) Only an informed society can oppose the machinators otherwise we are left ignorant without our queen game piece. (Hovercraft Captains)
One that restores trust in our corrupted kakistocratic employees. In all societies there is always 15% of the population that live in denial, meaning that no one has any trust left to give our bought out employees. This system promises a 65% return in trust the first year. Getting it back up to the 80% will take longer.
One that restores our fourth estate, our Judicial and Congress.
One that the 1% cannot be a detractor to, even they understand Patrons protecting the progeny from depredators.
One that has been around for thousands of years.
One that 25 OECD nations have adopted.
One designed to get government to function as intended with a democratic representation instead of an unequal influence by corporate lobbyists.
One that protects a citizen (Troy Davis) from abuses by any agency.
One refined for 200 years.
One proven and embraced by 39 governments.
One adopted and proven by two of our 50 states.
One easy to adopt and ready to go.
We give our Patrons consent in commissioning plenipotentiaries to act as citizen protectors. There are many duties given these Investigators but this will do for a start.
What is happening is inevitable, our four estates with checks on corruption will slow things down but this system is designed to promote the general 99ers through opposing the powerful who would take it all unopposed. The way the 1% sees it if a parent does not step in and say no they will continue to misbehave. On Sep. 17th parents said no. We give our consent to a functioning as intended government and we give our consent to the New Guard which we are providing for our future security. Government cannot appoint plenipotentiaries to investigate corruption in government, it does not work. We the 99ers are given this duty by our founding Patrons. However the Executive can appoint Chancellors to look into skullduggeries. Asking Barrack to form this office would fall outside our only mandate of funding our New Guard nemesis investigative humanitarian administration to fix our nation.
So briefly lets look at this detractor less system. For reference I use The Matrix. A council of Patrons is formed by those who meet or exceed all the definitions of a Patron. These citizens inherently have the power to commission officials to office as defined under patronage. This council supervises the director who is in charge of the hovercraft captains. These captains hack into all four estates, along with administrations and agencies to look for corruption in the machine world and then oppose it. Our Declaration of Independence gives all of us the duty to provide New Guards for our future security. 39 nations have already implemented our National Treasure. So who is ready to learn more and maybe provide a discussion panel for education on this system. Normally it is the natives of Nov.
