Food First is the original food policy think tank, founded in 1975 by activist author Frances Moore Lappe and Joseph Collins. Over the years, they’ve produced action-oriented research and analysis in order to help build the movement for food justice and food sovereignty around the world. Their projects range from working to stop ‘land grabs’ in the Americas to pollinator restoration and farmer to farmer education.
