Even if we stopped extracting and burning fossil fuels today, the wheels of catastrophic climate change have been set in motion. While reducing emissions is essential, it’s half the battle – we must also sequester carbon out of the atmosphere. The world’s soils hold roughly three times more carbon than the amount stored in the atmosphere. Carbon farming uses intensive composting and innovative land management strategies to draw down even more carbon into our soil.
