I’d like to put up a page that gives people the option to call local restaurants (I have a list of them) and buy (with a credit card) food for folks at Occupy Oakland. How can we do this in a way that gets the attention of people reading the website from all over the Bay Area, country, and world that want to sustain Occupy Oakland with locally cooked food? A lot of folks supported this today but I’m still not sure how we do it.
Do you folks have a P.O. Box? I’d love to send a care package of stuff, but I’m all the way in Massachusetts. Or even a Paypal so I can send funds? I’m an Oakland girl, I wanna support my folks!
Do you guys need helmets/lab safety goggles/riot gear? I bet there’s a lot of people who could donate old bike helmets and lab goggles…
